#4 Notre Dame Dominates Again

The 5-0 Irish were on the road this week taking on 2-5 Georgia Tech. This one was all Notre Dame the whole way. The Irish led 17-7 at half and finished things off in the second half to win the game 31-13.

While it may not seem like it, this was an important game for Notre Dame. Coming into the game undefeated ranked 4th in the country and hosting the #1 team in the country next week, it would have been easy to look past a 2-win team.

Ian Book finished with 199 yards and a touchdown on 18-26 passing. Kyren Williams led the backfield for the Irish, finishing with 76 yards and 2 touchdowns on 15 carries.

Notre Dame will host the top team in the country next week, the Clemson Tigers. Clemson will be without Trevor Lawrence. With a win Notre Dame would make it tough for the College Football Playoff committee to not include them in the playoffs.
