Indiana center Myles Turner was ruled out of the Pacers’ Thursday road game against the Los Angeles Clippers after taking a blow to the face midway through the first quarter.Turner was inadvertently hit in the mouth by the left hand of teammate Bennedict Mathurin on a play near the Clippers’ basket. He appeared groggy and was helped to the Pacers’ bench before leaving for the locker room.According to the Pacers, Turner was being evaluated for a concussion.
