Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton was helped off the court and immediately taken to the locker room after suffering what appeared to a be a serious injury to his right leg during the first quarter of Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Sunday night.With the Oklahoma City Thunder leading 18-16, Haliburton received a pass and was driving toward the basket when he fell to the floor in obvious pain. Haliburton pounded the floor with his hand several times.He was unable to put weight on the leg as Haliburton was helped to the locker room.
